Program for low-income individuals who do not have Medi-Cal. Safety-net program for county residents between 19-64 years of age with income from 138% up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) who do not have any other health coverage to pay for their urgent medical needs. Provides necessary urgent, emergency medical services and follow-up care to protect the patient from the loss of life or limb, prevent significant disability or serious deterioration of health.
