  • Help a Friend in Need - A community guide for college students and young adults to help identify potential warning signs on Facebook that a friend might be in emotional distress and in need of help, and how to handle these situations. Developed through a partnership between the Jed Foundation, Facebook and the Clinton Foundation.
  • Online Mental Health Screenings - Anonymous resources and screenings for depression, anxiety problems, eating disorders, and alcohol problems to help decide if meeting with a therapist might be helpful.

  • Stretch Break - Ergonomic software program to help prevent Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs) by gently reminding you to take periodic stretch breaks while using your computer, with full-motion animated figures show you how.
